Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that travel plans sometimes change. You can cancel or change your order anytime up to one week prior to your delivery date and receive a refund of your payment minus a $30 credit card service charge. 


Unfortunately, Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than one week's notice prior to your scheduled delivery date. 


Delivery will be attempted twice and if no delivery can be made, then you will be charged the full cost of the order plus delivery fee. You will be charged a $35 (Winter Park, Fraser, & Tabernash) or $60 (Granby & Grand Lake) redelivery fee if a second attempt to deliver (or pick up) is needed.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds (your payment minus a $30 credit card service charge) will be applied for cancellations made at least one week prior to the scheduled delivery. If for any reason, you are unhappy with the equipment you may ask that an item be exchanged or request a refund for the cost of that specific item. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.


DELIVERY POLICY

We strive to accommodate your travel needs and therefore offer delivery and pickup 7 days a week. Our peak season is winter (November 15 – April 15) and summer (June 15 – September 5). During this period, we have multiple deliveries and pickups per day. If you’re planning a trip during this period, please reserve as soon as possible so we can schedule your day and time.


If you provide the details of the property management staff at the time of your reservation, we may be able to drop your equipment in your property prior to arrival. If this is not possible, we will arrange to meet you at a pre-coordinated time. Pick up will be arranged in the same manner. Please do not leave items outside for pickup.


For all orders, a one-time delivery/pickup fee of $65 (Winter Park, Fraser, & Tabernash) or $85 (Granby & Grand Lake) is added.


DELIVERIES & PICKUPS:

7 days a week: 9 AM MST – 7 PM MST


REDELIVERY/PICKUP POLICY

In most cases we are able to deliver and pickup your items without you having to be present. In cases where you would like or need to be present, we ask that you be at the location when the delivery or pickup is scheduled. We will wait at the location for 15 minutes and if we are unable to reach you, you will be charged a $35 (Winter Park, Fraser, & Tabernash) or $60 (Granby & Grand Lake) redelivery / pick up fee.


INCLEMENT WEATHER AND ROAD CLOSURE POLICY

In the event of inclement weather (snow, ice, wind, rain) or road closures due to natural or manmade events, Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC may need to cancel or reschedule deliveries and/or pickups. Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC reserves the right to make decisions with regards to deliveries and pickups based on the road and weather conditions. Customers will be refunded the rental days not in possession of the equipment if the delivery or pickup needs to be rescheduled for another day. Deliveries or pickups rescheduled within the same day will be subject to the original order.


LATE RETURNS

We understand that difficulties arise. Please call if you are unable to return the items at the agreed upon time. If you would like to extend your rental agreement, 24 hours notice is required, and fulfillment of the request is based on availability of rental equipment. 


If items are not returned and are unable to be retrieved by 3pm on scheduled pick up date, Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC reserves the right to charge the renter’s credit card late fees of an additional day of rent for all items and an additional $35 (Winter Park, Fraser, & Tabernash) or $60 (Granby & Grand Lake) redelivery/pick up fee. Renter authorizes and permits Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC to charge the renter’s credit card late return fees including additional day of rent for all items and additional redelivery/pick up fee. 


RETURNS (CONDITION)

It is our expectation that the products will have normal wear and tear for the amount of time renting the product. If items are returned damaged or in disrepair, including missing parts, renter is obligated to pay the cost of repair in addition to charges incurred for the rental period. If item is irreparable, renter is obligated to pay the full retail value of irreparable items in addition to charges incurred for the rental period. There will be an additional $25.00 charge for any item that is returned in exceptionally dirty condition and will be charged to the credit card on file. 


Renter authorizes and permits Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC to charge the renter’s credit card the amount of the replacement, repair, and exceptionally dirty condition fee. 


CURRENCY

All currency shown on this site and all transactions are in U.S. Dollars.


CHARGING

The full amount of the transaction will be charged to your credit card when you pay your invoice (due at least one week prior to reservation). Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.


ITEM SELECTION

Items delivered may or may not exactly resemble the items in the pictures. Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC carries only top-quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers, including Fisher-Price, Graco, and more. Unless the manufacturer and/or model is specified, you will receive an item of like, kind, and quality of the item pictured (colors and patterns may vary). 


Equipment images appearing on the website may be stock photos. Equipment may be different than shown. The term “equipment” is defined as but not limited to cribs, strollers, high chairs, pack 'n plays, and more. The term “more” is referred to the rental equipment on www.berwp.com Baby Equipment Rentals Winter LLC website.


Your child’s safety is important to us. We monitor the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at www.cpsc.gov to ensure our equipment is not subject to recall. 


CLEANLINESS

All items are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized after each use to reduce the chances of cross-contamination.

CHANGES

These terms are subject to change by Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC without notice. All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately once they are posted on the website. It is the renter’s responsibility to return to these terms to review the most current version. Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC does not and will not assume any obligation to notify renter of changes to the terms. This agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing signed by renter and Baby Equipment Rentals Winter Park LLC.
