How It Works

Reserving Baby Equipment Rentals

1.  Reservation

Submit the Rental Reservations form.


2. Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming availability next business day.  Reservation office is open to reply to emails & voicemails on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays.  


3.  Invoice

You will receive an invoice email.


4.  Payment

Please click the "Review and pay" button located in your invoice email to complete your online credit card payment.  The invoice details will be an attachment in your email.  Full payment is due one week prior to your arrival.  Reservation will be cancelled, if payment is not received by the due date.  


5. Delivery

Baby Equipment Rentals can be delivered to Winter Park, Fraser & Tabernash.  We have limited Granby & Grand Lake availability.  Pick up at our downtown Fraser location may be prearranged.  We will contact you if we need any additional delivery details.  Upon delivery, a confirmation email or text will be sent.


6.  Happy Baby & Happy Parents


7.  Pick-Up

Baby Equipment Rentals will be picked up in the same manner as they were delivered.


All baby equipment rentals are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized after each use by using a combination of steam cleaning & 

machine washing plus natural, earth-friendly, & baby-friendly products.
